  • A Teen Victim Impact Panel (TVIP) to educate teen drivers of the potentially fatal consequences of dangerous driving. Two websites dedicated to helping teen drivers to become responsible and safer drivers are http://www.iwhtm.org/ and http://www.tvip.org. 

  • The Gwinnett County Family Violence Task Force is made up of representatives from criminal justice, the courts, prosecution, law enforcement, parole, probation, faith, mental health, health care, education, social services, businesses, survivors, civic groups and other interested citizens. 

  • Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV) works to end the crime of intimate partner violence and empower its survivors.

  • To get a status on a case please visit Gwinnett Courts to search by name or case number.

  • The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's primary levels of responsibility are to maintain the jail, provide courthouse security to the Gwinnett County Justice and Administration Center and the Recorder's Court/Juvenile Building, serve all civil processes, maintain the sex offender registry and serve felony and misdemeanor arrest warrants. 

  • For citation information and/or to receive information such as the amount of your fine or your court date please call the Recorder's Court automated system at 877.794.0988 or send an e-mail to recorderscourtinfo@gwinnettcounty.com. If your citation information is not in the system or your case is one that must appear in court, please follow the prompts to speak to a Clerk. 

  • You can pay a Recorder's Court ticket online at www.gwinnettrecorderscourtpmts.com or you can call 877.794.0988.
