Help us #KeepGwinnettSafe
– July 22, 2020
There are steps we can all take to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community. As our County departments adapt to continue to provide residents with high-quality services, we are asking all residents to follow these simple safety guidelines:
- Wear a cloth face covering or mask when you are around people outside of your household
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Alternatively, you can use hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol.
- Watch your distance. Stay six feet apart from others.
Some other things you can do include avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. You should also cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. And, remember to sanitize high-touch surfaces often.
Following these steps means that you are making a commitment to keep yourself and others safe during the pandemic.
