AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ARREST LEADS TO OVER 22,000 DOLLARS SEIZED FROM A HOME
(Buford, Ga., May 27, 2022) – Gwinnett Police arrested Hector Armando Moreno Luzardo (32-year-old male from Buford) Luzardo is charged with 3x Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony, Discharging a Firearm near Public Highway, Reckless Conduct, Criminal Trespass, Trafficking Cocaine and Methamphetamines, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, and Theft by Receiving Stolen Firearm.
On May 15, shortly after midnight, officers responded to a discharging firearm call at the Paramount Apartment Complex. Witnesses were able to identify Luzardo as a taxi driver who fired at a customer after a ride service.
On May 26, a search warrant was executed at Luzardo’s home. Detectives, and uniformed officers seized 119 grams of cocaine, 65 grams of methamphetamines, 72 grams of marijuana, and 22,600 dollars and recovered a stolen handgun.
