Identity Theft used to Make Cash Withdrawals – Suspect Arrested

Update #1, 04/19/2019:

The lead detective assigned to this case identified the suspect as Zubely Hidalgo (age 26, Lawrenceville).  On Thursday, April 18, she turned herself in to the Gwinnett County Jail.  Zubely is facing the following warrants:  Identity Theft (2 counts) and Theft by Deception (2 counts).

(Lawrenceville, Georgia)  The Electronic and Financial Crimes Unit of the Gwinnett County Police Department is hoping that someone can identify a suspect in a recent identity theft case.

From October 22 - October 26, 2018, an unknown Hispanic female suspect obtained multiple cash withdrawals totaling $7,200 using a credit card which was obtained through identity theft.  The crime occurred at the Wells Fargo branch at 3065 Lawrenceville Highway in unincorporated Lawrenceville.  The woman presented a fictitious Pennsylvania identification purporting herself as the victim.
