Man Makes Unusual Movement While Burglarizing *VIDEO

(Norcross, Georgia)  A man is seen on surveillance camera making an unusual movement as he burglarizes a local business. On Thursday, August 1, a suspect forced entry into the maintenance shed of an apartment complex on Seasons Parkway in unincorporated Norcross.  While inside the shed, he stole a key making machine and a golf cart, among other items.  While rummaging through the shed, the suspect displays what appears to be repetitive, involuntary movements with his right hand similar to fanning his face.

The golf cart is still unaccounted for.  It has “Las Palmas” scripted in pink on the body.

The suspect is a Hispanic male in his 20s to 30s with a thin build and black hair.  He is wearing a black Nike jacket during the crime.
