(Update) Andrew Carter was located this morning not far from his residence. He was found in good health and returned home by officers with the South Precinct.

(Snellville, Georgia)  Gwinnett County Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person. Andrew Carter (84 years old) was last seen at his home on Tullamoore Circle in the Snellville area around 12:00 PM on October 12th. Andrew suffers from dementia and was last known to be traveling on foot.

 Andrew is a black male, approximately 6’00” and 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue pants and a purple shirt. Multiple residents in the area of Centerville Highway have reported sightings of Andrew since the time he went missing. A Mattie’s call has been issued for Andrew.
