UPDATE #2: Unknown Suspect Breaks into Vehicle at a Local Gym and Uses the Victim’s Credit Cards to Charge Almost $1700 – Suspect Identified and is Wanted in Multiple Jurisdictions – Suspect Arrested

Update #2: 10/19/18 Joseph Robert Proctor has been taken into custody in Conyers.  On October 18 a Conyers PD officer was on patrol near a local hotel and noticed a vehicle matching Joseph’s vehicle.  The officer watched the vehicle and eventually saw Joseph walking toward the vehicle.  Joseph attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended.  For further details on the arrest, or any new charges, please contact Conyers Police Department.

Update #1: 10/17/18 The suspect has been identified as Joseph Robert Proctor (38) from Chattanooga, Tn.  Joseph drives a maroon 2007 Dodge Durango bearing Tennessee tag “8G4 2K7.”  The vehicle has a white Costa sticker on the back window.  He currently has warrants out of Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.  Joseph’s exact whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Original: 10/03/18 (Sugar Hill, Georgia) On September 26 an entering auto occurred at the LA Fitness located at 6025 Cumming Hwy in Sugar Hill.  Later that day the victim’s stolen credit cards were used at two Walmart locations within Gwinnett County by the above pictured suspect.  The suspect charged almost $1700.  After fraudulently using the stolen credit cards, the suspect left in a Red or Maroon SUV with a black hood.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, and heavy set with some facial hair.
