WHAT: The 30-foot Norway Spruce has been selected and will be traveling from the mountains of North Carolina to the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse on Nov. 7 to be decorated for the 31 st Annual Lighting of the Tree. The tree will be installed on Nov. 8, and on display to the public throughout the holiday season.
