Kidnapping/ATM Armed Robbery

(Peachtree Corners, Georgia) On July 03, 2015, at approximately 7PM, the victim was parked with his windows down at the food mart located at 3330 Peachtree Corners Circle. While sitting in his car, a black male with dreadlocks approached the driver side of the vehicle and offered to sell the victim an Apple IPhone 6. The victim declined to purchase the cell phone. The male walked to the passenger side of the vehicle, leaned inside, and pointed a gray handgun at the victim. The male demanded the victim’s money and threatened to shoot him if he moved. The victim told the male that he did not have any money and pled for the male not to shoot him.

Shortly thereafter, the victim told the male that they could go to a bank and withdraw $50 and he would not call the police. The male demanded that the victim take him to the bank to withdraw all of his money. The victim drove the male to the Bank of America located at 5813 Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross. Both parties got out of the vehicle and walked up to the ATM. The male concealed his gun; however, threatened to shoot the victim if he tried anything. The victim used his Bank of America debit card and completed a withdrawal for $40 but refused to remove the money from the ATM. The male eventually retrieved the money from the ATM and left the scene on foot.
