PARK CONDITIONS
- Tribble Mill Park – The piers, boat ramp, and all access to Ozora Lake are closed for dam restoration by the Department of Water Resources. Access will reopen once the project is completed.
- All outdoor water fountains, interactive fountains, and river channels are closed for the season.
MAINTENANCE CLOSURES
- Alexander Park – The playground and upper portion of the parking area adjacent to the playground on the 955 Scenic Highway entrance will be closed Monday, December 9 and Tuesday, December 10, for yearly maintenance and will reopen upon completion, please use caution in the area.
RENOVATION CLOSURES
- Duncan Creek Park – The sand volleyball court will be closed for renovations beginning Wednesday, December 4, and will reopen upon completion.
- Bay Creek Park – The multipurpose field will be closed for renovations beginning November 15, and will reopen upon completion.
- Bryson Park
- The City of Lilburn's construction contractor is currently re-aligning the entrance to the park at Highway 29. The project includes a new signalized intersection and roundabout entrance to the park. Please use caution when driving in the area and obey traffic route changes.
- The multipurpose field will be closed for renovations beginning November 15, and will reopen upon completion.
- Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center – The section of the Ivy Creek Greenway leading to the suspension bridge is closed for a Department of Water Resources project.
- Rhodes Jordan Park – The City of Lawrenceville nearing completion of construction of a trail along the CSX railroad right-of-way that will connect the park to the City of Lawrenceville's downtown core. Please use caution around construction zones in the area. Contact the City of Lawrenceville at 678.407.6698 for more information about the project.
- Simpsonwood Park – There is construction traffic throughout the park due to a Department of Water Resources project, please use caution while in the park. Call 678.376.7027 for more information.
