PARK CONDITIONS

• Rhodes Jordan Park
• The entire park will experience a power outage on Monday, September 16, from 5:00am to 10:00am due to maintenance work on a nearby transformer by the City of Lawrenceville.
• Water will be shut off to baseball and soccer side restrooms, the tennis center, and the community center for water line repair and will be turned back on upon repair.

MAINTENANCE CLOSURES

• Rock Springs Park – The zip line feature at the playground adjacent to the soccer fields is out of service for repairs and will reopen upon completion.

RENOVATION CLOSURES

• Bryson Park – The City of Lilburn has begun construction on Highway 29 along the front of the park. The project includes a new intersection and entrance to the park. Please use caution when driving in the area and obey traffic route changes.
• Gwinnett Environmental & Heritage Center – The section of the Ivy Creek Greenway leading to the suspension bridge is closed for a Department of Water Resources project.
• Jones Bridge Park – The green space between the playground and the existing stream is closed due to a Department of Water Resources stream restoration project.
• Simpsonwood Park – Use caution as there is construction traffic throughout the park due to a Department of Water Resources project. Call 678.376.7027 for more information.
