This document provides a summary of the documents that are included as part of RP001-18, Provision and Implementation of an Integrated Joint Public Safety Solution.   

The following table provides the file name, and description of the contents for each file to be released as part of RP001-18.  The file framework should not be altered without reverification, by Gwinnett County, as they contain formulas and protected cells that need to remain in place to ensure proper evaluation of the responses. 

Excel Workbooks contain instruction tabs with instructions that outline how to correctly fill out those documents.  Failure to strictly follow instructions and response formats can result in an Offeror not being scored or negatively impacting the evaluation. Formulas have been configured for calculation and roll up to a Summary Page. Headers are protected, and the Print Area has been configured for submittal of printed copies by Offeror as outlined in RFP document.

Instructions for response by the Offerors are detailed in RP001-18, Section 16.2 – Proposal Submission, including document file name format, and type of submittal, i.e., electronic, or printed copies.
