WHAT:           Commissioner Jasper Watkins III is hosting a District 3 Town Hall focusing on the County's recently approved millage rate, with representatives from the Tax Assessor's Office and the Finance Department present to answer questions. In addition to the millage rate discussion, Watkins will share updates on a variety of topics, including Gwinnett parks, crime statistics, services in the community, land use, water resources and transportation.
