WHAT:               Gwinnett County officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for Evermore North Boulevard. The project, spanning approximately one mile from Hewatt Road to Britt Drive, aims to improve connectivity and enhance mobility along the State Route 10/US 78 corridor.

This project is a collaboration between Gwinnett County and the Evermore Community Improvement District, made possible through support and partnerships with the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Regional Commission and the State Road and Tollway Authority. Funding for the project included local funds from Gwinnett’s SPLOST program, as well as state and federal grants.

WHO:              Speakers include Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson, District 2 Commissioner Ben Ku and Evermore Community Improvement District Executive Director Jim Brooks. Gwinnett Transportation Director Edgardo Aponte will serve as the emcee.

WHEN:            Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 10 a.m.

WHERE:         Parking is available at 2073 Westside Court in Snellville. County staff and signage will direct attendees to the ribbon cutting site, a short walk from the parking lot.
