Learn MoreOn May 18, Gwinnett County will launch a new customer self-service website that will make managing water accounts easier for customers.
The new website features a mobile-friendly design and provides access to billing statements and payment history, the ability to submit and track service requests in real time, and the option to sign up for text alerts.
Due to the system upgrade, the water bill payment website will be unavailable from Friday, May 8 through Monday, May 18.
During the blackout period:
- Customers will not be able to access the website to make water bill payments, view account information, or manage services online.
- Customers can request to start, stop, or transfer service by calling Customer Care at 678.376.6800.
- Payments cannot be made by phone or on our website. The customer service window will be open for cash or check payments only.
- Payments by autopay, checks, and Western Union will not be impacted.
- Water service will not be disconnected for non-payment, and late fees will not be assessed during the month of May.
After May 18, every Gwinnett Water Resources customer will receive a new account number and additional instructions in a welcome letter and on their water bills. Customers should not have to change their website login information, and bills will not be changed. Autopay information will be securely transferred and will not have to be re-entered.
