The Gwinnett County Communications Department continues to receive national and regional recognition for excellence in storytelling, public engagement and government communications.
Recently, the team earned multiple honors through the Communicator Awards and Telly Awards, recognizing outstanding work across video production, strategic communications, digital engagement and public information efforts.
At the Communicator Awards, Gwinnett earned Award of Excellence (Gold) honors for Go Gwinnett! The Legacy of Hooper-Renwick, Upfront Gwinnett: Trapped and Trafficked (Series) and Upfront Gwinnett: Trapped and Trafficked (Tease). The County also received Award of Distinction (Silver) honors for Fresh Films in Gwinnett and On the Go with Glenn: What’s in Your Water?
Gwinnett also received recognition through the Telly Awards, earning Silver honors for On the Go with Glenn: What’s in Your Water?, Fresh Films in Gwinnett and Upfront Gwinnett: Trapped and Trafficked (Series). Bronze honors were awarded to Build Your Career with Gwinnett Police and Go Gwinnett! The Legacy of Hooper-Renwick.
The Communications Department has earned multiple regional and national honors in recent years, including two Southeast Emmy Awards, Telly Awards, Communicator Awards, W3 Awards and Savvy Awards — reflecting a consistent record of excellence in government communications and public service storytelling.
