Gwinnett County’s new water bill payment website will make managing your water account easier. If you have an existing profile, you can log in using your email address and password. 

To make a quick payment or create a new profile on the website, you must have your new account number. This was sent to you in one of two ways: 

• By email: sent to the email address listed on your online profile  
• By mail: sent via a physical letter if you do not have an existing online profile. The letter contains an activation code you can use to create an online profile. 

Due to the system outage during the website’s upgrade period, late fees will not be assessed until Monday, June 22.
