Gwinnett County homeowners may be eligible for up to $20,000 in assistance for essential home repairs through the Housing Rehabilitation Assistance Program.  

Assistance is provided as a five-year deferred payment loan at 0% interest with no monthly payments. Covered repairs include roofs, decks, windows, plumbing, HVAC, and more. 

Applications will open Wednesday, July 15 to Friday, July 31. To apply and review the full eligibility requirements, visit GwinnettCounty.com/HomeownerRehab.
