Gwinnett County will be updating the ZIP Portal online payment page as part of ongoing improvements to the County’s digital services. This update focuses on enhancing the user interface to provide a cleaner layout and improve usability for customers making online permit payments.
What’s changing
- The payment page will have an updated design and improved layout.
What’s staying the same
- The information collected during payment remains the same.
- All transactions will continue to be processed through the County’s secure and confidential payment system.
- No changes are being made to required payment details or security standards.
To implement this update, ZIP Portal online payment services will be temporarily unavailable starting Friday, April 3 at 6:00pm through Monday, April 6 at 7:00am. To avoid any disruption, customers are strongly encouraged to complete any pending payments prior the morning of Friday, April 3, to ensure processing before the scheduled downtime.
