Zoning verification applications are now available online through the ZIP Portal. The state of Georgia requires a zoning verification issued by the County for the following business types:

• Auto brokers
• Auto dealers
• Day care facilities (adult and child)
• Personal care homes

This online option is part of an ongoing County initiative to create more efficient and convenient application processes for residents.
