    Approval/authorization for the Chairman to execute a Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resource Investigations with U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for the Gwinnett County Long Term Trend Monitoring Program, as required under the County's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permits and in compliance with the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District Watershed Management in the amount of $927,125.00. USGS is contributing $109,740.00 and the county is contributing $817,385.00, subject to approval as to form by the Law Department. (Staff Recommendation: Approval)
