    Approval/authorization for the Chairwoman to execute a Developer Participation Agreement between Gwinnett County, Gwinnett County Water and Sewerage Authority and Hog Mountain Land, LLC to outline the responsibilities of the parties as it pertains to the installation of water main improvements along Jim Moore Road in unincorporated Gwinnett County. Hog Mountain Land, LLC will pay to Gwinnett one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) upon completion of Phase A of the water main improvements. Subject to approval as to form by the Law Department.
