| Native American Heritage Month Reception and Proclamation Tuesday, November 18 Beginning at 6:30pm |
Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville |
The proclamation and reception will follow the theme, Circle of Togetherness, which evokes powerful concepts of unity, belonging, and connection. Rooted in the symbolic meaning of the circle, the theme reflects important values in Native and Indigenous cultures, including life cycles, community, and the interconnectedness of all things.
The theme also emphasizes the spirit of family that exists both within us and all around us, while inspiring personal growth and community building. Aligned with our vision of One Gwinnett, the circle serves as a reminder that we are stronger when we honor our shared values and embrace the bonds that connect us.
