Juvenile Probation Division

The Child Advocacy and Juvenile Services Probation Division provides community supervision for delinquent and Child In Need of Services (CHINS) youth. If your child is adjudicated delinquent or determined to be a CHINS youth by the Juvenile Court, they will be under the supervision of the Gwinnett County Child Advocacy and Juvenile Services Probation Division.
