Mission
The mission of the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office is to seek and pursue justice on behalf of victims of crime through the fair and ethical prosecution of those who commit offenses in our community. Our office strives to impact the community through education, engagement, and reduction in recidivism, while working vigorously to keep the community safe so that all Gwinnett County citizens and residents can thrive.

Goals
- Reduce crime in our community by utilizing best practices in criminal justice prosecution and crime prevention
- Leverage the criminal justice system to improve the quality of life and safety of all people
- Build credible relationships with key stakeholders to build confidence in the criminal justice system
- Provide innovative, valuable legal solutions to keep people out of the criminal justice system through effective diversion programs
- Serve as community educators and bridge builders for a more effective criminal justice system
