Applications for an internship at the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office will open in February 2025 for summer 2025. To be considered for an internship, the following qualifications must be met:

• Candidates must be enrolled in a college, university, or law school.
• Candidates must not have a felony record.
• Candidates must not have an active case in the court system.
• Candidates must adhere to all rules and regulations of the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office.
• Candidates must complete and e-sign the online application to be considered for an internship opportunity.
