The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office is comprised of two bureaus: the Administrative Bureau and the Operations Bureau. The Office of the Chief plans, organizes, directs and commands the Administrative and Operations Bureaus. The Administrative Bureau consists of the Administrative Services Division, Jail Operations Division, and Support Operations Division. The Operations Bureau consists of the Field Operations Division and Court Operations Division.

Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff works closely with the Sheriff and command staff to establish and carry out the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office priorities, goals and objectives ensuring GCSO remains one of the best providers of public safety services in the country.  The Chief of Staff will assist our internal and external partners in all public safety, crime prevention, and community outreach initiatives aimed at making Gwinnett County a safer, stronger and more united community.
