    Approval/authorization for the Chairman to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Metro Atlanta Urban Area Initiative (UASI) and Gwinnett County for CBRNE/HDU/SWAT equipment valued at $778,321.93. The equipment is 100% funded through the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with no match requirements and will be purchased on behalf of Gwinnett County by DHS.
