  Approval/authorization to accept, if awarded, grant funds for the DUI Court Treatment Program from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) up to the amount of $226,939.00 with an in-kind match up to $25,215.00. This funding will be used for contract personnel, drug testing supplies, supplies, and training/travel if fully funded. Approval/authorization for the Chairman or designee to execute grant documents and any other necessary documents, subject to review by the Law Department.
