  Approval/authorization of a Resolution approving the issuance by the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia of its Revenue Bonds (OFS Property Acquisition Project), Federally Taxable Series 2018 for the purpose of financing the costs of an urban redevelopment project consisting of the acquisition of approximately 103 acres of land, together with the improvements and personal property thereon, located at the intersection of Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Crescent Drive; authorizing the execution and delivery of an Intergovernmental Contract between Gwinnett County and the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia relating to the Series 2018 bonds; establishing budgets as necessary; and for other related purposes. Authorization for the Chairman and/or the CFO/Director of Financial Services to execute any and all documents necessary to facilitate the transaction.
