Approval/authorization for the Chairman to execute the Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resource Investigations with U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for the Long-Term Trend Monitoring Program as required under the County's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Wastewater Discharge Permits, and in compliance with the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District Water Resources Management Plan in the amount of $1,224,900.00. USGS is contributing $160,150.00 and Gwinnett County is contributing $1,064,750.00. Subject to approval as to form by the Law Department.
