Approval/Authorization for the Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Gwinnett Place Mall GA, LLC to purchase approximately 39.06 acres of land, Tax Parcel No. R6232 003 and Tax Parcel No. R6232 092 for $23,000,000.00, including authority to execute any and all other documents necessary to consummate the transaction. Subject to approval as to form by the Law Department.
