  319(h) Georgia Nonpoint Source Implementation Grant in the amount of
  $808,830.00. This funding will be used to construct a stormwater wetland
  and rain garden at Shorty Howell Park. If awarded, the County will provide
  $539,220.00 in matching funds. Approval for the Chairwoman, or designee,
