Approval/authorization to submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan which includes the FFY 2025 Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investments Partnership Program and Emergency Solutions Grant programs. Approval/authorization to implement these programs as specified on the Action List, and for the Chairwoman or designee, to sign any necessary grant documents. Subject to approval as to form by the Law Department. These grants are 100% funded by HUD.
