  Approval/authorization for the Chairwoman to execute an agreement with the Gateway 85 Community Improvement District (CID) and the City of Norcross regarding the creation of a Southwest Gwinnett Microtransit Pilot. The estimated cost of the Microtransit Pilot, including the lease of vehicles, software, and operations for the one-year period is $1,284,984.76, to be split between all parties with the County responsible for 44%, the Gateway 85 CID responsible for 44%, and the City of Norcross responsible for 12% of the total cost.
