Service Delivery Strategy Peachtree Corners

Now that the new city of Peachtree Corners has completed its transition period, the Service Delivery Strategy Consent Order entered into by Gwinnett County and the cities in Gwinnett County contemplates that Gwinnett County will enter into Intergovernmental Agreements with Peachtree Corners whereby the County provides the same services to Peachtree Corners under the same terms as it provides to its other cities.  The County and Peachtree Corners began working on these Intergovernmental Agreements during the transition period for Peachtree Corners, and these Intergovernmental Agreements have now been executed by both parties.  The Intergovernmental Agreements are available via the link below.
