The SPLOST Citizen Review Committee was established jointly by Gwinnett County and the cities during the development of the intergovernmental agreement related to the 2005 SPLOST Program. Since that time, the committee has been continued with the intergovernmental agreements for both the 2009 and 2014 SPLOST Programs.
The committee meets periodically, at least annually. Meetings are generally held at a SPLOST-funded facility within the geographic boundaries of Gwinnett County. Browse past presentations and videos from the meetings.
