Foster a Pet Questionnaire

Thank you for opening your heart and home to a shelter pet!

Animal fosters are an important part of the volunteer base at Gwinnett Animal Welfare and Enforcement, and the safety and well-being of our shelter animals are essential.

To be considered as an animal foster, you must:

Be ages 18 or older
Create a profile at VolunteerGwinnett.net
Complete the Foster a Pet questionnaire

Once completed, staff will contact you with any follow-up questions and to arrange a home visit.
