Thank you for your interest in Community Services! Discover the diverse ways you can collaborate with us — from filming a motion picture, teaching a valuable class, showcasing your personal artwork, and more. We can’t wait to work with you!

Lights! Camera! Atlanta! Dubbed the “Hollywood of the South,” Georgia has become a leading destination in the film world, and that includes the one and only Gwinnett County. Located approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta, you will find the best of both worlds — big city vibes mixed with quiet southern charm.

So let us welcome you to Gwinnett…where we live, work, and play together, and offer superior award-winning services, including dozens of parks, community centers, gyms, historic sites, pools, sport fields, trails, and so much more. These diverse indoor and outdoor facilities have even served as locations for some of the most popular productions, such as “Dynasty,” “Ozark,” “Remember the Titans,” and “The Bobby Brown Story.” Whether you want to shoot a motion picture, television show, commercial, music video, or photo session, we have the ideal setting for your upcoming personal or professional project.

Let us help you with your film and photography needs! Simply submit your Film/Photography Request, and we’ll follow up with you within two business to discuss your project, as well as our location availability and fees. In the meantime, you can explore our available locations!

We do not require a permit or fee for personal, non-commercial filming or photographing that doesn’t restrict access to or use of public areas and amenities.

We believe in making life better in Gwinnett, and thanks to vital instructors like you, we can help do just that! We continuously welcome professionals and volunteers from all backgrounds to pursue their passion and enrich lives by teaching what they love. From aquatics, camps, education, recreation, sports, wellness, and everything in between, you can lead a variety of engaging and valuable activities for all ages and abilities.

But that’s not all! When you collaborate with us, we’ll not only support your interests and accommodate your availability, but we’ll also use our resources so you can focus on your program outcomes and goals. Our established online registration system offers a mobile-friendly experience so participants can register anytime and anywhere. Plus, we’ll promote your programs through our digital and print platforms, reaching new and returning viewers every day.

You’ve probably heard it before…”earth without art is just eh.” And we don’t want to be “just eh.” We encourage artistic expression and appreciation by inviting local emerging artists to display their creative talents in our highly visible space, making it easy for the community to enjoy and purchase art created right here in Gwinnett.

Establish yourself as an artist and reach new audiences and buyers exhibiting and selling your drawings, paintings, photographs, sculptures, and other artwork at our available locations. We’ll promote your exhibition through our digital and print platforms, and provide professionally designed materials, such as evites, postcards, artwork placards, as well as reception supplies if you chose to have one.

Start your artistic journey by reviewing the Art Show and Display Contributor Guide today! Get started six months to one year in advance since our spaces can typically only host four exhibits each year, and book quickly. The locations are shown below, or feel free to ask about exhibiting at a different location.
