Upon receipt of a completed request form, public access will be removed from, the Gwinnett County Board of Assessors’ property information search portal, the Gwinnett County Tax Commissioner’s public access portal, and the Gwinnett County Geographic Information System’s data browser and portal.

• Law Enforcement Officers Request to Remove Personally Identifiable Information:This form is intended for eligible law enforcement officers as defined in O.C.G.A. § 50-18-78 to request the removal of personally identifiable information from Gwinnett County publicly accessible internet property records. 
   
• Public Employee Request to Remove Data Records: This form is intended for eligible public employees as defined in O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(21) to request the removal of personally identifiable information from Gwinnett County publicly accessible internet property records.
   

• Current or Former Judge, Justice of the State of Georgia or the United States, or Spouse Request to Remove Personally Identifiable Information: This form is intended for an eligible current or former judge or justice of the State of Georgia or the United States, or a spouse of a current or former judge or justice of the State of Georgia or the United States as defined by OCGA § 15-5-112, to request the removal of personally identifiable information from Gwinnett County publicly accessible internet property records
