Spending Disclosure
- Individual or business entity does business or is a party to a contract with the County
- Individual or business entity seeks to do business or enter into a contract with the County
- Individual or business entity is regulated in any fashion by the County
- Individual or business entity seeks to influence any official action by the Board of Commissioners
Complete and submit the Spending Disclosure.
Interest in Legislative Action Disclosure
Any other official or employee who has a financial or personal interest in any proposed legislative action of the Board of Commissioners, and who participates in discussion with or gives an official opinion or recommendation to the Commission, shall disclose on the record the nature and extent of such interest.

Affidavit Disclosure
Section 54-33 of the Code of Ethics requires any business entity that makes a bid or proposal to provide goods or services to Gwinnett County to file an affidavit to disclose the name of all elected officials whom it employs or who have a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in the business entity, its affiliates, or its subcontractors.
