The Active Voters by Race and Gender report displays statistical data for each combination of political districts within a voting precinct. Most precincts contain more than one political district combination, and as such, will display multiple rows of data. To calculate the total number of Active voters for precincts containing more than one political district combination, you must tally the number displayed in the Total Voters column for each row of data pertaining to the precinct of interest.
