Gwinnett’s Front Yard Tree Program offers, native trees for front yard planting at no cost to you. This community initiative is designed to expand the county’s tree canopy, improve air quality, and make our neighborhoods more vibrant.

Eligible homeowners can explore tree types and sizes that have been carefully selected and will be planted by landscape professionals to thrive in the local landscape.

Program Requirements

To qualify for Gwinnett’s Front Yard Tree Program:

  • Applicants must be homeowners in unincorporated Gwinnett County

  • Applicants can select up to two trees

The tree(s) must be planted in the homeowner’s front yard

How to Apply

  3. Receive a site assessment

  4. Schedule your tree planting day with the landscape professional
