Gwinnett County invites residents to attend the 12th annual Multicultural Festival and County Government Open House at Sugarloaf Mills on Saturday, May 2, from Noon to 4:00pm. Sugarloaf Mills is located at 5900 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville.

This free, family-friendly event highlights the diverse cultures that make Gwinnett a vibrant and welcoming community. Residents will experience live music and dance performances representing traditions from around the world, interactive exhibits, and opportunities to connect with County departments and community partners.

Attendees can explore health and wellness resources, meet public safety professionals, and learn more about the services provided to more than one million residents. Activities will include free henna tattoos, face painting, bounce houses, touch-a-trucks, and hands-on children’s activities.

Children are encouraged to participate in the popular Passport Challenge, where they can learn about different cultures while enjoying an engaging, educational experience.

Admission is free and open to all ages. Residents are encouraged to bring their families and invite their neighbors to celebrate the cultures that make Gwinnett County strong.
