Fuel Services manages the operation of Gwinnett County's twelve fuel sites, to include safety, security, legal compliance, inventory management, Underground Storage Tank remediation, maintenance and repair. Other functions are:
- Manages the daily activities and operations at each fuel site to include record keeping, budgeting, reports, preventative maintenance programs, costs, safety and quality
- Advises employees on inspection and repairs of equipment
- Oversees the development of preventative maintenance schedules and develops department policies and procedures
- Manages relationships with vendors to ensure quality services and products are provided to the County
