Update #2, 03/14/2017: The lead investigator identified the other two suspects as Joshua Donnell Cook (age 17, Stone Mountain) and Corey Leemarce Bryant (age 18, Lithonia).  All three suspects have been charged with Murder and Armed Robbery.

Cook was arrested on Monday, March 13, and booked into the Gwinnett County Jail shortly before 5pm.  Bryant has not been booked into the Gwinnett County Jail as of 8am.  (Please contact the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office regarding booking information and photos.)

This is a deeply disturbing case involving four young men who were at the beginning of their adult lives.  There is no peaceful resolution to the conclusion of this criminal investigation.  On one side, you have a family grieving the loss of a 19-year old.  And, at the other end are three families trying to understand how their teen could be involved in such a crime.  A young person lost his life while the other three are facing a lifetime of imprisonment for one very serious criminal act.

It is believed that the homicide was drug-related.  Two other unidentified suspects are still being sought.  GCPD is actively seeking tips in this case.
