  • Mail-in application and ballot status for absentee ballots
  • Poll location
  • Advanced voting locations, dates and times
  • Elected officials (Federal and State only)
  • Registration information on file with the county office
  • Sample ballot for the upcoming election
    • Request a precinct ID to be mailed or emailed - NEW

Please note that most municipalities in Gwinnett County conduct their own elections, therefore sample ballots for city elections are not available from the state website. If you live in city limits, please contact your city hall to obtain a sample ballot.
Consolidated Sample Ballots

The consolidated ballot represents every race in Gwinnett County, it is not a precinct specific ballot.

The ballot at your precinct on Election Day is a precinct specific ballot, you will not need your precinct id card to determine what races you will be voting on.

If you choose to use the consolidated ballot you will need your precinct ID card to identify district races specific to your precinct.

If you do not have your card, you may request a new one at the MVP site or you may call the Elections Office at 678.226.7210 or email
