Real Estate and Records Management Division
The Real Estate and Records Management Division is responsible for all functions related to County owned real estate. This includes acquisitions for County projects; managing, selling and exchanging real property; the administration and supervision of County leases; the disposal of unneeded road right-of-way and preparing pertinent information related to real property transactions for the Board of Commissioner's agenda. Other responsibilities include; identifying County owned properties that could potentially be impacted by a proposed rezoning and/or City Annexation; processing requests for easements on county owned properties, obtaining required easements needed for County facilities/utilities and identifying County owned properties that could potentially serve as cell tower sites.
