Follow the instructions below to download and report issues using Apple Shortcuts app on your iPhone.

• - Login or Create a profile on Gwinnett County website, this helps you setup Shortcut with very little information.
• - Copy randomly assigned GCID from your Gwinnett County profile. You will need this when importing Report Gwinnett Shortcut.
• - Download Report Gwinnett Shortcut. (If you do not have Apple Shortcuts app on your iPhone, Download it from Apple App Store. )
• - During the import there will be a question "What is your GCID?". Paste your GCID copied in step above.
• - Once successfully imported, you can report issues with voice commands.

Note: Shortcut will need permissions to access these services on your iPhone : Location, Website, Microphone, Speech recognition and Reminders.
