2024 Proposed Millage Rate Comment Form
The Gwinnett Board of Commissioners will consider keeping the General Fund millage rate at 6.95 mills during their meeting on Tuesday, July 16 at 2:00pm. The proposed millage rate has been announced as a tax increase. According to state law, any proposed millage rate above the rollback rate is considered a tax increase. Gwinnett County's rollback rate is 6.500 mills.
You are invited to attend one of the public hearings to share your comments. All three meetings will be held in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center auditorium located at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville.
Thursday, June 27 at 10:00am and 6:30pm • Tuesday, July 16 at 11:00am
If you would like to submit an online comment on the 2024 proposed millage rate, please fill out the form below and click submit. The Board of Commissioners will receive all comments. The online comment period closes at 9:00pm on Monday, July 15.
