Start Service
We connect service Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and can schedule up to 14 days in advance. We do not offer same day service for new service requests. Please allow up to 2 business days to complete.
The non-refundable activation fee is $60 for residential accounts. This includes transfer of service in which one account is closed and a new account is opened. A security deposit is required for all commercial accounts, and we also offer landlord agreements.
We do not connect on standard holidays, weekends, or after normal business hours. We can schedule connections by calendar date only. Because the routes our technicians observe are set out each morning based on the previous days' orders, we cannot set hourly schedules.
- If you are an existing customer, log in to your account on the side of this page to start service.
- If you are a new customer, use our Start Service Online Form to begin.

- If you suspect you have been contacted by these scammers, contact your local police department.
- Do not attempt to make payments for utility bills using financial information from someone else.
Fraudulent Web Domain
The shortcut web URL for DWR is www.Gwinnetth2o.com. A non-affiliated party has purchased gwinnetth20.com, with a zero instead of “o,” and requests payment information from visitors to the site for a fee. This website is not owned by or affiliated with DWR, and DWR never charges our customers a fee to make a payment. Any payments made through this fraudulent website are often delayed in reaching us.
